Great advice -- def. get a harness -- even for teapots! Yorkies are most prone to collapsed tracheas. I would shoot for Gooby, ChokeFree, or Buddy Belt. I saw a Petco harness that someone else had, and the thing looked like a Rubik's Cube to me! It had all these adjustment places and plastic pieces ...
