I noticed you are from the San Diego area and I looked and there are Yorkie meet up Groups in S.D. Perhaps you could see if the are meet ups happening and take Holly to one. You can see if she perks up meeting new friends and perhaps have a few play dates as you decide if you want to get another Yorkie.
