I would report it, too. I would hate if Joel or Roscoe ate one. That reminds me; We had a friend that used to keep a paintball gun on their boat and when someone would wake us (go by really fast in a no wake zone & cause all the boats to rock and bang together-very dangerous) multiple times after being told to stop (we would have 5 or even 10 boats tied up together), they would lay a line of paint down the side of the offending boat. That usually scared the poop outta them, at least untill they got pissed off, but they would stop.
