A new prospective member has to have two sponsors and the sponsors have to have been a member for 4 years before they can sponsor anyone and know the new prospective member for two years and only one of the sponsors have to visit their home one time! With that said, by the time a new member joins, the sponsors should have gotten to know this person well enough to even sponsor in my humble opinion
As with any prospective puppy purchase always ask questions and a lot of them! Ask about what health tests they do and if they can show you proof of health tests and what type of health guarantee they provide! Get to know your breeder!
