Great job on getting her to the vet! They'll likely keep her hydrated well and be able to treat the virus. Her behavior sounds very encouraging so use the time she's away to clean; don't forget to treat the yard if she was outside too.
The breeder should be notified so that any littermates/other dogs can be checked out.

There is hope. My daughter has a mixed breed (bigger dog) that was given 20% chance of survival because she couldn't afford hospitalization for him at the time. He lived, mainly because the dr treated the parvo and she kept him hydrated afterward.
