Actually, I would go to another vet, explain EVERYTHING that you just typed out here to us (the diarrhea and the walking and yelping). She could have some nerve issue, a pulled tendon, a broken/cracked bone, an Luxating Patella issue..just too many things that could be going on here. I'd get a second opinion and demand some relief for my baby.

Go to another vet for a second opinion. Something's not right. You know your baby better than anyone. Keep us updated. I hope everything turns out well.
