Hi. I'm so sorry that your baby is obviously hurting. If the vet didn't address the problem just because it didn't happen in the office, I would go back and demand treatment.
Actually, I would go to another vet, explain EVERYTHING that you just typed out here to us (the diarrhea and the walking and yelping). She could have some nerve issue, a pulled tendon, a broken/cracked bone, an Luxating Patella issue..just too many things that could be going on here. I'd get a second opinion and demand some relief for my baby.
