My Zoey moves her mouth like that, as if talking to me without any words, whenever her friend Jackson takes her toy or they get in a fight. The tongue does not come out - just the movement of the mouth. It is just too stinking cute. I always say, "tell mommy all about it" and her little mouth just keeps moving.
