Access to the couches (seat area) is fine. The furniture is low enough. It's this, hmmm I wonder if I can jump off the back that is my worry. I used to wedge his kennel between the opening between the couch and love seat arms to prevent him from going into the living room area when I didn't want him in there. I had to stop that since he can jump up on the arms to get around the roadblock.
