Well, it's official. I can no longer block off the living room when needed. He discovered that he can jump up on the arm of the furniture to gain access.
I have been leaving him at home this week. My oldest sleeps till about noon so it'ls like being left alone for half a day. He needs to be used to being home alone during the day instead of the grand humans because my parents and kids go on vacation for a week starting the 14th so he will be home alone all day while I'm at work.
My big worry is he likes to get on the back of the couch and love seat. That's what keeps him out of the kitchen and the area right by the front door. He's yet to make the dive off the back of either but I'm worried it is just a matter of time.
He's 6 month's old and just a hair over 7lb short stature, but he's freaking brave. I'm waiting for his terrible two's to be over lol.
