My 14 week old puppy Teigan went from having totally normal looking poop yesterday, which had a dog poop smell for the first time btw, to having a hard time pooping last night which resulted in a ball of soft poop hanging from her bum. I gave her a jiggle and it fell off. This morning, hubby told me she tried and tried but couldn't poop.
Behavior is completely normal.
Only food difference yesterday was that for the first day of her life I did not give her any Fresh Pet puppy roll that I have been using as treats. I gave her a few this morning and am waiting to see.
At what point do I start worrying, and is there something safe I can give her to help move things along?
