Got to keep her away from her brother. I have heard they are very good at "getting together". Here is a true story I heard a while back. There was a female (can't remember the breed) in heat and was placed in her crate with the door locked. It was for her own protection so that the male can't get to her - well that was what her human thought. Her owner once caught them matting thru the "bars" (or "opening" whatever you want to call it). Yes, she got pregnate. I will be very careful if I were you.
Also, I just got my baby spayed yesterday and I learned something very interesting about neutering. On my post-surgical home care instruction, item 8 reads "
After nutering, a male can still impregnate a female for up to two months". I thought you might like to know.
