hi! my Gilbert is 9 weeks old. and i have no idea how to train him. i bought him an x small dog crate, but he hates being in there. so i really need advice on how to get him house trained, my neighbors have a German Shepard who stays in their back yard so i have decided to just use pee pads. im scared the neighbors dog would jump the fence. so please some one help. i will take all advice
