Not sure i f this can help you at all, but Gracie my furbaby had her baby teeth removed a few weeks ago because they were retaining and the next few days and Nights she was some what similar to your puppers condidtion. But I like yourself worry when my Furbaby winks the wroung way so I am the vets best friend and am a firm beliver in checking with the vet on the phobe or in person or my Breeder. Let Us know.
