I give him Previcox every other day and it really helps. I used to give him Zubrin, but the vet says Previcox is easier on his stomach and liver.
My friend recommended acupuncture - her dog got arthritis after an injury and she had good luck with accupuncture. I haven't yet made an appt, but I'm going to soon.
I also give him glucosamine every day. |
I'm sorry to hear that he's having problems. Do you need a RX for the Previcox and Zubrin or can you get it across the counter.
Muffie is just starting to get to the point where it hurts her to "sit". She doesn't go down all the way.
I haven't talked to the doctor about it yet. I thought that I might try some MSM Glucosamine or something similar that's across the counter.
How do you know how much to give since they're so small?
Thanks so much. I'll be anxious for your reply about the meds.
I also sent you a PM. Did you get it?
God bless you.
