We have the Pet Studio stairs that you can convert to a ramp, it's almost 6 years old. We tried the ramp & they were reluctant to go up on it, so we use it as stairs. I use the plastic one just like the one your maid broke (loll) for my bed.

Ramp...Momo likes to sit up on the top step & lick his paws, that's why there's a stain there loll.
