There are no real early signs that will tell you if she is or is not pregnant because they can have the same symptoms with a false pregnancy. Some things that might be an indication though are loss of appetite, vomiting, nipples getting larger, vulva staying larger, and being grumpier. The belly usually does not start getting larger until around the 5th week.
