Welcome to Yorkie Talk. I'm sorry your baby is dealing with fleas. Wash everything that can be washed (bedding, for example) and vacuum your home thoroughly, under furniture. I did this every day for a couple weeks to avoid an infestation.
We used Frontline. I don't have any personal recommendations for an all natural, safe flea killer. Maybe someone else will have one.
