Teri, this schedule for housebreaking is exactly the "game plan" I was hoping to find. I hope to be a new "Mom" soon and I fit into the SCHEDULE 1 profile. I'm kind of surprised on the amount of crate confinement time. It feels excessive to me, but I've also read that the crate time creates a sense of security for the pups. In your opinion, does SCHEDULE 1 look like a realistic (and loving) approach?
