My boys had a 24-hour stomach bug a couple years ago. First Teddy, then the next day Max. I believe they both picked it up on our walks.
Whenever a dog is lethargic, collapsing, and vomiting, that calls for an emergency vet visit. I'm glad your pups are okay.
