 both yorkies sick
so i got another yorkie in april, it took a while but they both are good buddies now, 2 nights ago my female yorkie got sick.. vomiting multiple times, collapsing next to her water dish, barley moved all day, she got over it and was fine. today i woke up to the male vomiting, same thing, he barely moved all day, seemed as if he had a sore stomach...by the night he was fine and playing again, they share the same food pile(they won't eat our of a dish ,but thats a problem of its own i need to work on) and drink out of the same dish.. i've never owned 2 dogs before, so is it normal for illness to pass from sibling to sibling like in humans?... they never ate anything different that i know of and there is uaully someone always keeping an eye on them....just wondering for those of you with multiple yorkies if it is normal to pass from sibling to sibling like this. they are full blooded brother and sister.the only thing different is i put them in a playpen, i connected 2 superyards together and put them in it outside.. they just sniffed around though .. i can't figure out why this happened |
