she snaps at me even when I try play with her.

I never hit her or anything not sure what is the problem see been this since I was hospitalized. I came home she seems different.
Vet sais take to her to dog trainer maybe they can help.
she growls at only me but she does snap at her pup and the father of the pup which I am told this normal since pup now 7 months old.
