I think your Yorkie may have a herniated belly button. When we picked up our Biewer the breeder had just discovered it while bathing him. She told us we could back out of adopting him if we wanted to. We said äbsolutely not" he was ours. It seems that when the mom chews the umbilical cord some get chewed a bit too close and it causes a hernia. It looks like a bump in the lower part of the belly. We had it repaired last week when we had hi neutered. Getting the stitches out on Wednesday. I would ask the vet if it is a herniated belly button, or maybe speak to another vet. Hope this helps.
