Maybe the word broker is the wrong word? According to this YT member a YTCA breeder said that it was her pup for a year and the YT person picked the pup up at her house. She even sent this breeder puppy pictures, etc. The truth did not come out for about a year and that was when she pressed for the AKC limited registry. It was not one but two breeders away, if that makes sense. Anyway, she decided not to report and loves this little guy.

Do you think that breeder would be considered a broker?
