I see your pics in your album. Webster is just a doll baby!! No wonder he holds your heart in his paw.
Continued prayers, but I agree with everyone - I would look into a vet school and a neurologist if you can - might be able to get you some better answers. Just be patient though..tweeking for the right dosage on those meds may take time - hang in there!
