Yes, they have a board, and members can be thrown out of the club if they have been shown to break certain rules. A buyer has to make the complaint against them and have to have some type of proof. They don’t accept hearsay. Before anyone can become a member, two members have had to have known them and their breeding program for two years before recommending them as a member. It then comes up for a vote to see if the new person will be admitted. So you can see, it's not easy becoming a member.
