It took Callie a week after her knee surgery to poo, then it took five days after one dental to poo, then after an emergency extraction she pooed as soon as she got home so it can take awhile. If you are very worried about ti though I would call the vet. Did the vet look and feel his knees? If not I would have them checked because it could be a knee or hip problem.
