I would ring the police again, if the dogs are chipped with your details, the police will be able to access viva street details who has bought your pups and even the sellers details as you need to be registered to sell, the person who has bought them most likely will not know they are stolen. Phone the police again and if they still are not helpful say you want to make a complaint that usually gets them to do more
