All yorkies are considered a toy breed. There are NO SUCH THINGS as teacups, there are smaller yorkies and yorkies that exceed the standard of 7 pounds. Anyone telling you that they are selling you a teacup yorkie is simply uninformed or trying to pull something on you. This pup should be at the small end of the scale full grown, but I have seen yorkies that weighed 1.5 to 2 pounds at 3-4 months and hit a growth spurt and one of them ended up weighing 12 pounds!! There are no guarantees, only guessestimates and hereditary and even that is not fool proof as somethings skip generations and then show up. Chances are this pup will be around 4 pounds, but again no guarantees.
