Lulu Belle melts my heart. <3 If I had the right location and resources for another furry family member, everything in order, I would adopt her in a heartbeat. I cannot believe such an amazing dog is still in foster care. I have to assume the right candidate hasn't come along yet, and it's not that no one has tried.
