Yorkies are in the 'Toy Group' category.
AKC Breeds by Group - Toy Group
You get the papers from the breeder. I would not breed your girl if she didn't come w/AKC papers, esp if she is not Champion sired, even then, you need permission & approval from the breeder to breed her...spay her & just enjoy her as a pet, she's a cutie!
