There's no way to tell if she's a Biewer, poorly-bred Biewer, etc just by looking at 4 pictures. And not the best pictures either, IMO.
The breeder you contacted has no idea who this person is so this tells me she is NOT a Biewer.
And because the seller has already lied, I would not entertain the idea of even meeting with the seller and looking at the dog.
So, no and no.
