One starting point. re recommendations for screening for liver shunt. This includes BATs. I have not had to go further than bats paired with the full blood screen I did with the Razzman.
A complete blood panel is often recommended by many. Establishing a baseline is always good. Then you need to decide how often it is done; and then be prepared for expanded panels if something comes back far off.
