At this point, I wouldnt be concerned....just watch him and if continues to do this by this afternoon, I would take him into the vet....They can go downhill quickly with vomiting...he isnt really vomiting any amount to be concerned about dehydration with, but if it continues, you dont want to go into the weekend with a sick baby. That antibiotic could have given him a bit of a cranky tummy, gulping water quickly could have been what happened last evening, all plausable reasons for the spitting up that he is doing.....I wouldnt be worried at this point, but if he continues on during the day, or actually starts to vomit food or water, take him in.
