I bought a pattern from simplicity it has serveral diff things one being P'j's but all one size xtra small so i had to tweek them to fit except the T shirt one fits Mini ..she weighs 4 lbs neck is 8 and chest is 11.5 also ..good luck ..and enjoy the sewing
