Its hard I know I couldn't do it. Make sure if she is not used to a kennel that you try and get her used to it. I would also make sure to take her dog bed, favorite treats, dog food, a couple favorite toys, something that smells like you, a list of vet numbers and if your mom doesn't have dogs a list of things that are toxic to dogs.
