Hate to say this... my boys were $900 each and thats pretty cheap. If you can't afford $900 for the dog... how can you afford medical care, grooming costs and anything else that may come up? You could get lucky and get a dog that is super healthy (like I did!) or be unlucky and your puppy needs LP surgery or worse right off the bat. Which is WAY more than $900 for a Pup from a good breeder that has a health guarantee!
Just a thought... it is NEVER NECESSARY to get a pet... so wait until your finances allow you to get the RIGHT female at the right time... not just A female you found for cheap.
