Mirtazapine is an appetite stimulant. It also helps with nausea and vomiting...but sometimes it is good to give another med with it. You might want to ask the vet about that...

It is called S-Adenosyl-100. I also give him a 1/4 pill of an antacid for his tummy. I finally gave him some saline under the skin today to try to rehydrate him. I don't know if that will help or not. The vet said to try that. I am going back to vet this morning.
