I am so sorry. What pill is it? Mirtazapine perhaps?
Mirtazapine is an appetite stimulant. It also helps with nausea and vomiting...but sometimes it is good to give another med with it. You might want to ask the vet about that...
Sadly, though, when they really get to the end nothing seems to work.
