That's great you take the time to do this. If nothing else it tells you breeder that they need to be more careful when choosing a home. I know in Joey’s contract, I wasn’t even allowed to rehome Joey without the breeder’s permission, and the breeder can claim back a dog, if this was in the contract. In the meantime people can get very attached, but have no legal rights to the dog.
