I also have a new pup. bandit is 13 weeks old now and we got him at 10 weeks. He's such a good boy!!! He's already potty trained too!! . But there is always some one home with him, as my husband is semi retired. And I work my schedule to where my little pup is rarely alone.

Have you considered getting another puppy to keep her company? That's what I would do if I had 9-5 job. It would be hard fr me to leave my little boy.

Regarding the food, I also use the Blue Buffalo puppy formula. It's expensive and only sold at Petsmart but it has a guarantee that if your pup doesn't like it, you can take it back and get a full refund. It doesn't have all the fillers that purina has. Some one told me after we got Bandit that Purina is the worst food, so I changed immediately.
