Other than the little piece of cheese and piece of watermelon he had last night, I can't think of anything else :-/ or maybe allergy to the perfume? I already took the shirt out and covered his bed with a blanket.
The vet said he would give me medicine for allergies but he didnt want to do that because Bentley is so little.

Zoey used to go nuts after I cleaned her ears with something I bought in store so after doing some research, I bought Zymox ear cleanser. Zoey still didn't like it but she didn't go all crazy after.. Maybe the cleaner you're using is irritating her ears?.. I remember the vet telling me certain solutions/cleaners are "harsh" on the small breed's ears.
