The first thing to do is check between the pads of her foot. Sometimes they can step on something and get it stuck between their pads. Also make sure her toenails are not to long. Sometimes long toenails can curl around a cause problems. How old is she? Is she normally really active, running around and jumping? If so then she might of injured her shoulder or leg.
