My thoughts are that a puppy should NOT be placed up for sale until it has been completely vet checked and found to be a healthy pup! You are also pricing pups that at this young of an age that you have NO idea what their quality will be at 12 weeks of age! If you take someones money for a pup at this time are you prepared to return their money in full if something happens to the pup or if the pup turns out to be poor quality (bite off, bad knees, hernias, etc.)? You also can not check their liver at 4 weeks of age either to rule out liver shunt..

I am not trying to be mean.. I just would like to understand why breeders place their pups for sale at such a young age and not really knowing what their quality will be like or that they do not have NO genetic defects..
