I asked who she got her from and this is what she gave me:

biewer in california

This is what she had said about the breeder and about her ears:
"I got her from a breeder. You can check it out at biewerincalifornia.com
I'm not a breeder but I did get her from a reputable place. Her ears are up or down fine. When she is excited she brings them up, and when she is relaxed they are down."
