First, get another vet.

Second, I agree - check out her mouth really well. Several times. Something is in her mouth and is bothering her. Is it possible she was stung by a bee?

Sorry you are having to watch your baby feel like this and feel helpless. Take a deep breath and start calmly searching her mouth..slowly..inside cheeks, around and between teeth, and tongue. If you can't figure it out..get her to another vet.
