Hmm it maybe could be a Reverse Sneeze. You can You Tube reverse sneeze and see if that sounds like what your baby is doing. Peanut will reverse sneeze when he drinks too fast, gets excited, or sometimes just out of nowhere. I will rub his throat up and down and talk to him to calm him down.. it will work every time.
If you look it up and it doesn't sound anything like what your baby is doing.. I would try to record her doing it and maybe take her into the Vet to see what he says… Better safe than sorry!! Hopefully it is nothing.
