It will take her time to realize that you come back. The crying should subside over time. If it doesn't, then I would spend this weekend desensitizing her by leaving out the door for a few minutes and coming back like nothing is wrong. Gradually extend that time that you are out of the door.
For the most part, they grow out of it, though. She's a baby and misses being with someone. Can you leave a tv or radio on for background noise? That's what I've always done.
