My little 3 1/2 month year old Benji has gotten into this habit too. We went to the vet the other day and he gave us this powder that you springle twice a day on his food. The powde is odourless and tasteless and he is not deterred from eating his food. Apparently the powder makes his poop, in my vet's words "taste like a nuclear bomb". He hasn't tried to eat it in front of us anymore but, the real test is if he poops when we are not home and it is still on the pad. Only time will tell. I highly recommend speaking to your vet and avoiding any bitter apple sprays. Our little guy got really sick from it and threw up everywhere. Good luck! Holly |
