Short answer is she will have rancid breath. Longer answer is she will develop periodontal disease, which the bacteria can travel into her system and make her sick and in some cases so infected get septic and could die.

Get the teeth pulled while under for her spay. Spaying will also help eliminate her chances of cancers greatly,and totally remove her chance of pyometra. Plus you won't have to worry about the messiness of her being in heat, or her running away to mate.
